The thistle design will be completed when each ring will stack on a second ring, which will have enamel inlays in the shape of a thistle foliage.
"Promise Rings" is the clients' idea:
the couple will wear the ring with the thistle flower first.
They show their commitment to wear the final ring when they'll formally promise to love each other.
When creating bespoke jewelleries, the costumer(s) and I meet to take their ideas first.
I sketch some of those ideas, and suggesting what comes to my mind too.
When we have agreed on a design, I usually produce a realistic drawing to show what the costumer(s) could have and wear.
